摘要: 针对目前液压支架有线监测系统布线的复杂性,以及ZigBee无线技术传输距离短、穿透性差和丢包率高的缺陷,设计了一种基于ZigBee+WiFi的混合型网络液压支架压力监测系统。系统的传感器节点采用ZigBee协议发送数据,再通过ZigBee转WiFi网关将数据以WiFi协议发送到上位机,压力数据最终通过上位机监测和保存。经测试,ZigBee+WiFi混合型网络能够控制丢包率低于5%,传输距离可扩展至300m,为井下液压支架压力的监测提供了一种可靠有效的解决方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of current monitoring system of hydraulic support cable wiring, and the defects of ZigBee wireless technology short transmission distance, low penetrability and high packet loss rate, a hybrid network hydraulic support pressure monitoring system based on ZigBee+WiFi is designed. The sensor nodes of the system use the ZigBee protocol to send data, and then pass the ZigBee to the WiFi gateway to send data to the host computer by WiFi protocol, and the pressure data is finally monitored and saved through the host computer. Tested, the ZigBee+WiFi hybrid network can control the packet loss rate below 5%, and the transmission distance can be extended to 300 meters, which provides a reliable and effective solution for monitoring the pressure of the downhole hydraulic support.
